
Sarah Jorgensen received her Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in genealogy, specializing in German and UK research and paleography. She spent a month in England exploring over a dozen archives, uncovering pre-1840 census records. She also has experience researching in the US and genetic genealogy. Having presented at events such as RootsTech, NGS, and the BYU FHL Webinar, Sarah has a commitment to make genealogy more accessible to all and to contribute to the education and advancement of genealogical research.
Beyond genealogy, she enjoys rock climbing and volunteers at Encircle, an LGBTQ+ youth and family resource center. In her latest pursuit, Sarah has recently taken up crocheting. In all endeavors, Sarah is driven by a passion for connecting individuals with their heritage and making the joy of discovering one's roots accessible to all.
